About Sartori Thai Cuisine

Located at 1255 Sartori Ave B, Torrance, CA 90501, Sartori Thai Cuisine operates as a thai restaurant serving Torrance in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Torrance, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–9 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (424) 558-3164. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, sartorithaicuisine.com.

Customers rate it 4.3 out of 5 on Google across 175 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded thai restaurants in Torrance.

Torrance is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Torrance follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The Baseline a year ago

The Baseline: For Thai food it must have traditional ingredients (basil, chilis, curry, etc), be prepared well, and have the right adjustments to spiciness. Food: Good solid Thai flavors for the dishes. I loved the Garlic green bean appetizer. The Prik king was also good and the lunch special was a good value. Thai Iced tea was sweet. Service: Good service and my water glass was regularly filled. Ambiance: Very nice decorations and clean eating area. Sign on the door said no restroom for use in the restaurant. Restroom access is needed.

I ordered fried rice with combination of chicken and shrimp. I had it medium spice but it was more mild than I thought. I did add some sauce on top to make it extra spicy. It was big potion and filling for lunch for sure

We had Phad Thai, Combo Fried Rice and Green Curry w/ jasmine rice. Its always good to know when the kitchen staff are from Thailand, a plus. I liked their Combo FR and the Green Curry, well balanced spicy and flavor. The Pad Thai was ok, a little spicy for me I was just missing the sweet and some sour from tamarin taste. Overall portions were great for what you pay. I recommend this place for your Thai experience and some Laotian cusine like Laab and papaya salad.

This Thai restaurant is a hidden treasure. We had the sartori Thai wings which comes with an amazing glaze. Wish I could have the recipe. We also had the egg roll which were crispy and delicious. We were in the mood for fried rice so I had the sartori fried rice which I love. I had the beef and it was tender. The rice was a little on the wet side but that's okay. That's the way I like it. My partner had the combination fried rice which was similar but came with chicken beef and shrimp. The owner was very friendly and came over to our table and introduced herself. Afterwards she even gave us a complimentary pan-fried dumpling which was cooked to a golden brown and crispy. The dumplings and the egg rolls came with a sweet sauce on the bottom which was pretty good but you might not like it if you don't like too sweet. The place wasn't busy and we came in to dine. It was quiet and I could actually hear my partner talking which is great because I dislike loud and crowded restaurants. We were surprised actually because it was a Friday night. Most of the business was take out and I can understand why! Come in for a pleasant dining experience. They also have some nice seating areas outside

Good service and delicious food! Love the Drunken Noodles, Curry, & Fried Tofu! Be aware that rice isn't included with their dishes like curry. If you want rice, you need to order it separately. I tend to get the yellow curry for lunch often, so I was surprised I had to order rice when I got curry for dinner. If you can do so, it's best to come for the lunch combos and rice is included.
